Your interior project
What would help you move forward?
You love several moods.
You would like to see how they would look in your room before choosing one.
The layout no longer suits you.
You want another place for the furniture, easier ways through or a better arrangement of how the room is used.
You are preparing your purchases.
You want to know which pieces to put together, which dimensions to look at and what budget to plan.
Illustrative example · generated imagesWhat we keep
It all begins with what you already love.
The grey sofa, the dark armchair and the white sideboard stay where they are. The proposal is built around them.
Advice Before buying anything new, list the three pieces you really care about. Their colours and volumes set what follows.
What we recompose
Bring balance back to the room.
A more generous rug brings the seating together. A rounded table softens the composition.
Advice Choose a rug large enough to go under the front legs of every seat. Too small, and it shrinks the room.
What ties it together
Choices that echo one another.
The painting, the cushions, the wood and the light pick up the same warm tones. Open a detail to see how.
Terracotta and olive cushions and an ivory throw pick up the colours of the painting, on the grey sofa that stays.
A rounded light-oak coffee table, a ceramic vase and a large bouclé wool rug bring warmth to the parquet.
A lamp with an amber ceramic base and a linen shade lights the sideboard corner, next to a potted olive tree.
Advice Take two or three colours from the painting into the textiles, no more: the room stays calm.

The dossier
Enough to compare. Enough to decide.
Your dossier brings together the visual proposals, the layouts and a full room costing for the room in question.
What the dossier contains
Le Marchand d’intérieur recommends. You choose.
- Up to three styles. You choose them, to see your room differently and pin down the mood you prefer.
- Two layouts. Two ways of arranging the furniture and the uses of the room, one of them recommended for your room. Each style is shown in both.
- Four images per layout and one video per style. These visuals are simulations: they show a proposal, not a photograph of the result.
- A full room costing. Real products, their price recorded on the date of the dossier, and the total set against your budget.
- A private link. Your dossier remains available for one year.

The five steps
From your room today to what it could be tomorrow.
- Photograph your room. Four photos at least, every wall visible. You have nothing to measure.
- Confirm the survey. Le Marchand d’intérieur estimates the dimensions from your photos. You approve them or correct them.
- Say what matters to you. Give your styles, your purchase budget and the furniture you want to keep.
- Pay. Payment comes last, once the survey is complete.
- Compare and choose. You receive your dossier within 24 hours of payment. Look at the possibilities and choose what you want to carry out.
Useful information
What kind of project?
One room of up to 60 m², with a purchase budget from €700.
- Le Marchand d’intérieur delivers a survey and a rendering. The offer includes no building work, no installation and no site supervision. You then organise your purchases and their installation.
- The budget covers what you buy for the room. It does not include installation or flooring.
- The €700 is your purchase budget, not the price of Le Marchand d’intérieur’s dossier. The price of the offer will be announced at opening.
- If the dossier cannot be produced, you are refunded.
How are the dimensions taken into account?
Le Marchand d’intérieur estimates them from your photos, and you confirm them before paying. Correct any you know better. Before ordering, check the product’s dimensions, the space available and its route into the room.
Can the suggested products be bought?
Yes. The costing lists real products, with their price recorded on the date of the dossier. Prices and availability may change: check them with the seller when you order.
Who prepares the proposals, and who carries out the work?
Le Marchand d’intérieur prepares the dossier according to its method: layout first, decoration second. There are no appointments and no exchanges, and the visuals are generated simulations. You choose what to put in place, and you organise the purchases and the installation.
What will I receive beyond an image made with a free tool?
A dossier that brings together layout options, a recommended arrangement, visuals and a full room costing.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are used to prepare your interior project. How your data is kept and used is set out in the privacy policy.
How much will the dossier cost?
The price will be announced at opening. It will be the same whatever the room. The minimum purchase budget of €700 is separate from the price of the dossier.
